Yogimmersions is our generic title for the broad variety of courses we’ve always offered – a name that describes your experience of these programs. Whether you are devoting a weekend to your yoga or taking a week-long course, each morning begins with a long yoga class. The afternoon begins with a presentation on anatomy or yoga philosophy, followed by another practice session focused on the poses. Chanting and meditation are included in most programs.
